Hello, welcome back, today we write about a few more traders with GujaratFood.com and their specialty.



Sukhadia Garbddas Bapuji from Nadiad Anand is our next trader. Their specialty is Mix Dry fruit sweets. The sweet contains ingredients like cashew, almonds, pistachios, honey, glucose syrup, silver foil, etc. With the mix of so much dry fruits, why wouldn’t anyone like it?


But that’s not just all; Sukhadia Garbaddas Bapuji also supplies Plain Kaju Katli, sugarless sweets for the ones who love less sweet, Mix Chavanu and Almond Nankhatai.

Kaju Katli consists of crushed cashew, sugar and silver foil.

While in sugarless sweets anjeer, cashew, ghee, apricot, almond, pistachios, digestive biscuits and honey is added, instead of sugar, along with other ingredients.


Mix chavanu may contain nuts along with the other ingredients.

Almond Nankhatai has wheat flour, ghee, cardamom, nutmeg, milkmaid, milk powder and sugar.

Next on our list is Porbandar’s Madhur Namkeen, and their well known tasty Khajlis: plain and namkeens as well.  But the famous out of both is the plain Khajli.


Madhur Namkeen was founded in 2007. Khajli is a fluffy and light snack, found almost in every Gujarati household. Madhur Namkeen is the one and only Khajli supplier in the entire Gujarat.

Plain Khajli is made from wheat flour, vegetable refined oil, vegetable ghee and added flavors. 

Namkeen Khajli consists of wheat flour, vegetable refined oil, vegetable ghee and added flavors and salts.




Madhubhai Gordhanbhai Chevdawala from Rajkot, who supplies tasty Lili Chatni to Gujaratfood, is the next trader we shall talk about.


Shri Chetan Madhubhai Popat founded Madhubhai Gordhanbhai Chevdawala in 1983. Since then the people of Gujarat have been enjoying their delicious chevado, wafers, and chatnis of various types. The chatni they prepare lasts for 10 days, leaving an amazing taste lingering on your tongue. Their specialty is Lili chatni, made of green chili, turmeric, salt, peanut, preservative. They also supply Lal chatni, Khajur chatni, Kothimir chatni, Lasan chatni.


 
Mohan Mithai from Surat is our next trader, who supplies us with lip smacking Mawa Ghari, Pista Ghari, and Kesar Badam Pista Ghari. But their specialty is Mawa Ghari.

Mawa Ghari is made from milk mawa, sugar, gram flour, almonds, cashews and pure ghee.


In Pista Ghari, pistachios are the main ingredients, while in Kesar Badam Pista Ghari; the main ingredient consists of mixed dry fruits along with other ingredients.

 

Sikandar Sing from Surendranagar supplies us Masala Sing.  Mr. Akbarali Nazrali is the founder of Sikandar Sing. Since 1970, Sikandar Sing has been supplying this tasty bite all over. The supply varieties of eateries like double special sing, masala sing, tomato sings etc. But the most favorite among all is masala sing. The ingredients added in this are roasted peanuts, sugar, edible vegetable oil, dry mango powder, red chilly powder, black salt etc.


Shree Rajeshwari Sweet Mart from Surendranagar trades its most famous Sev Mamra to Gujaratfood.



Shri Kameshbhai Manharlal Seth founded Shree Rajeshwari Sweet Mart in 1978. Sev Mamra is the most favorite dish in Gujarati household.


Aaswad Gruh Udyog from Uttarsanda trades its most famous Jira Mari Papad to Gujaratfood. Jira Mari Papad is the most loved and famous of all. Aaswad Gruh Udyog is also famous for Punjabi Papad, Single Mari Papad, Garlic Mari Papad and Double Mari Papad.



Next on our list is our very own Vadodara. And the most famous vendors from Vadodara are Jagdish Farsan who supplies us with Lillo Chevado and Bhakherwadi, Parshwa Khakhara’s Khakhara.


Shri Bhailalbhai Suchak, owner of Jagdish Farsan, began his career 50 years ago. Since then Jagdish Farsan has gained name in trading tasty bites like Lillo Chevado and Bhakherwadi, Solapuri Chevado and many other items. Till date they have maintained their quality and quantity.


Lillo Chevado is a mix of Bengal gram, iodized salt, red chilly powder along with other ingredients.


Bhakherwadi is made from Bengal gram flour, spices, salt, coriander, vegetable oils are a few of major ingredients. Apart from Lillo Chevado and Bhakherwadi, Jagdish Farsan also sells Farali chevado, Solapuri Chevado, Sukho Chevado, Fulvadis and Mix Farsan.


Next on our list is Parshwa Khakhara’s Khakhara. These are made from mat bean, wheat, oil, salt and other spices. They are crackers which taste amazing with tea. The variety Parshwa sells is Plain, Jira Masala, Methi, Mangroli, Chat masala to name a few.
